Pamela Cleere's Story
"One Team"
Finding the Realtor that truly knows the local life can make all the difference. After packing up, starting a new life and adjusting to new environments numerous times herself, Pamela is dedicated to assisting the community in buying a home, selling a house, investing in Real Estate, or starting their own career in Real Estate. Her clients are commonly her friends, family, neighbors, active duty military personnel, Veterans, family members, police officers, firefighters, medical professionals, Department of Defense, Department of State, Military Contractors, and Educational Professionals. Allow yourself to partner with a Realtor who will deliver real estate experiences over and beyond to enhance your Hawaii lifestyle.
Pamela retired from the United States Air Force after 20+ years of service, Hawaii held a special place in her heart. Her last reenlistment in the Air Force was at Pearl Harbor and that is where she learned to love the culture and the Aloha spirit.
Pamela served as Vice President and Treasurer on the board of the Honolulu non-profit organization called Veterans Association of Real Estate Professional (VAREP). It is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing sustainable homeownership, financial-literacy education, VA loan awareness, and economic opportunity for the active-military and veteran communities. This provides Pamela with the resources to effectively serve the military and veteran communities (many grew up here on the Islands) with their home purchase and sale and educate them on the military benefits they earned.
Pamela received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies from University of Maryland, University College. In addition, she holds an associate degree of Logistics, Arts, and Weather technology. Most of Pamela's Air Force career was spent as a Weather Forecaster supporting all branches of the Armed Forces. Pamela had assignments at Sembach and Ramstein Air Base, Germany; Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina; Carswell Air Force Base, and West Fort Hood Army Air Field, Texas; Chanute Air Force Base, Illinois; Hickam Air Force Base and Wheeler Army Air Field, Hawaii, and Yongsan, South Korea. After Pamela retired in Texas, she then entered a career at L3 Communications. At L3, she provided software support for tactical systems while embedded with Military Units in Kuwait and Iraq. These broad and diverse experiences taught her discipline and how to communicate effectively with all different types of personalities.
Pamela is a member of Honolulu Board of Realtors (HBR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and holds many prestigious Designations and Certifications to best serve her clients. Pamela Realtor designations and certifications include the Military Relocation Professional Designation (MRP), and the Military and Veterans Housing Certification (MVHC). Pamela's first-hand experience seeing our heroes put their lives on the line for our country every day gives her the passion to fight for them in their Real Estate negotiations.
